// 01 — DESIGN

Design and manufacture of custom robot cells

We design a complete robotic welding system around the workpiece, the production volume and the quality requirements. Mechanics, robot, welding technology, safety and control are engineered as one integrated system.

  • 3D cell concept and detailed mechanical design
  • ABB and FANUC robot systems
  • Integration of positioners, linear tracks and gantry axes
  • Custom fixtures and workpiece clamping

// 02 — SIMULATION

A proven concept before manufacturing starts

Robot reachability, collision risks, motion sequence and expected cycle time are verified before anything is built. Digital simulation reduces project risk and speeds up on-site commissioning.

  • Offline programming in RobotStudio and Roboguide
  • Collision and reachability analysis
  • Cycle time and capacity analysis
  • Digital cell model and presentable simulation

// 03 — INTEGRATION

Welding, robotics and production data in one system

We integrate the robot cell end to end – from the welding power source through the PLC and HMI to the production data links. The goal is not a standalone machine but a stable, documented production solution.

  • Integration of Kemppi welding power sources
  • PLC, HMI, SCADA and MES connectivity
  • Recipe management and production data logging
  • Camera-based seam tracking and adaptive welding control

// ONE COMPLETE SYSTEM

From the robot cell to intelligent welding.

In a Neuraweld system the robot, the welding power source, workpiece positioning, safety and control form one integrated solution. The system can be extended with camera-based seam tracking, adaptive welding control and full data logging.

NEURAWELD INTELLIGENCE

The system that follows the real workpiece.

In series production, workpieces are never quite identical: seam position, gap width and joint geometry all vary. Neuraweld's intelligent technology senses these deviations, corrects the robot path and – where the application calls for it – adapts the welding parameters to the actual seam.

MODULE / 01

NeuraVision Track

Camera-based seam detection and path correction

Camera sensing determines the actual position and geometry of the seam. Instead of only following the taught path, the robot adjusts its motion to the real workpiece.

MODULE / 02

NeuraAdaptive Weld

Adaptive welding for varying seam geometry

Our in-house control algorithm can adjust travel speed, wire feed speed and weaving parameters based on the measured gap width and seam width. The intervention rules are configurable for each welding task and process.

MODULE / 03

NeuraTrace

Welding data and full traceability

The system logs the production recipe, the welding parameters and the key process events against each workpiece. The data serves quality assurance reports, process improvement and enterprise systems alike.

RECIPE MANAGEMENTWELDEYEMES
NEURAADAPTIVE WELD – STRESS TEST
Stress test of adaptive weaving under extreme variation. The drastic gap change is deliberately unrealistic: it shows that the system reacts quickly even to large, sudden geometric deviations.
SINE WEAVING – SIMULATED
Simulation of a sinusoidal weaving motion – welding not active.
Motion simulation, no active welding
TERMÉKCSALÁDOK / 03

Robot cells from a single station to a complete production line.

Our three product families cover flexible cobot welding, gantry welding of large structures and precision laser welding. Every system is configured for the workpiece, the production volume and the required level of automation.

BEYOND STEEL
WELDING IN PROGRESS
THE FINISHED WELD

Intelligent aluminium welding.

Welding aluminium demands precise fit-up, stable wire feeding and tightly controlled heat input. Neuraweld robot systems support repeatable production with application-specific welding technology, camera-based seam tracking and adaptive parameter correction.

The system does more than follow the seam: based on the measured geometry it can adapt the welding process itself to the task at hand.
  • Robotic MIG welding of aluminium parts
  • Laser welding of thin-walled, precisely fitted aluminium structures
  • Camera-based seam and position tracking
  • Adaptive control of travel speed, wire feed and weaving
  • Logging and retrieval of welding data
  • Trial weld on the customer's own workpiece
INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS

Welding automation for real production tasks.

Neuraweld systems are not catalogue machines: each one is built around the specific workpiece, quality requirement and production process.

01

Rail vehicle industry

Robotic welding of large, long and repetitive seams with documented welding processes and traceability.

02

Vehicle and machinery manufacturing

High-mix parts, three-dimensional seams supported by fixtures and positioners, automatic changeover.

03

Agricultural and construction machinery

Gantry or robot cell welding of heavy-duty structures, long seams and varying geometry.

04

Sheet metal and aluminium structures

Automated MIG or laser welding of precise, thin-walled and heat-sensitive parts.

CERTIFIED WELDING BACKGROUND

Welding competence for the rail vehicle industry.

Revomatic holds a certified welding background for work related to the manufacture of rail vehicles and their components. Our engineering, robotics and welding technology competence supports documented, repeatable automated welding in one system.

CERTIFIED BACKGROUND
SZOLGÁLTATÁSOK / 02

Full engineering support across the system's entire life cycle.

Our simulation and operations services are available on their own, for existing robot systems, and as part of complete Neuraweld projects.

WHY NEURAWELD

Welding technology and automation in one team.

Our welding engineering, mechanical design, robot programming and electrical/PLC competence stays in one pair of hands – from concept through simulation and trial welds to operation.

01

Full project responsibility

Concept, design, robot programming, welding technology, integration and commissioning are all parts of one coordinated project.

02

In-house intelligent technology

We complement camera-based seam tracking with our own adaptive motion and parameter control, configured for the specific welding task.

03

Strong industrial partners

Kemppi welding technology, ABB and FANUC robot platforms, and task-specific sensing and automation solutions.

04

Documented quality

Recipe management, process logging and traceability aligned with quality assurance and production requirements.

HOW WE WORK / 04 STEPS

From the welding task to stable series production.

We work in a milestone-based project process. Every major technical decision is backed by simulation, a trial weld or a jointly approved test.

01

Needs assessment

We get to know the workpiece, the current welding process, the production volume, the quality requirements and the goals to be achieved.

02

Concept and trial

We prepare the cell concept and, where needed, run a simulation and a trial weld on the customer's own workpiece.

03

Design and integration

We design and build the cell and integrate the robot, the power source, the positioners, the safety system and the controls.

04

Commissioning and support

We verify operation with FAT and SAT tests, hand over the documentation, train the operators and provide the necessary service support.
