About us

One brand — from the mobile cobot to the certified laser cell.

Neuraweld is the shared brand of our welding solutions: from ready-to-deploy mobile collaborative robot stations to custom gantry and laser welding systems. Fast installation, easy teaching, short changeover and repeatable quality — data-driven throughout, with WeldEye logging.

// The Neuraweld brand

Engineering thinking that goes all the way.

Neuraweld is the shared brand of our welding solutions: the same engineering mindset covers ready-to-deploy mobile collaborative robot stations and custom, complex gantry or laser welding systems. The goal is simple: fast installation, easy teaching, short changeover and repeatable quality, kept under data-driven control throughout with WeldEye logging.

Our welding engineering, mechanical design, robot programming and electrical/PLC teams are always on hand, so the process really does go all the way: from concept to simulation, then a trial day or demo weld, then integration and operation — with one responsible technical contact throughout.

Our technology base is reinforced by the experience of industrial partners: in welding we build on the know-how of Kemppi/Corweld, while Revomatic's integration and programming competence is matched to each project. Our robot partners are ABB and FANUC. For gantry solutions we focus on seam and edge tracking, for collaborative cells on safety and ease of use; where the task demands it, we build a certified, enclosed laser welding environment.

That is why the Neuraweld name covers the entry-level, quick-to-deploy "WeldMate" style station just as much as the customer-specific "WeldMate Plus" with positioner and guarded enclosure, the certified laser cell, or the gantry optimised for long seams.

// What sets it apart

What makes the process go all the way.

01

End-to-end process

Concept → simulation → trial day / demo weld → integration → operation — with one responsible technical contact.

02

Complete engineering team

Welding engineer, mechanical designer, robot programmer and electrical/PLC team, always available.

03

Strong industrial partners

Kemppi/Corweld welding know-how, Revomatic integration competence, ABB and FANUC robot partnerships.

04

Data-driven quality

WeldEye logging, traceability and process monitoring — welding parameters backed by data.

// Structured needs assessment

10–15 minutes, and you get a concrete next step.

A project's success is set by clear requirements laid down at the start: material, weld requirements, quantity, takt time, fixturing and data handling. At the end of a short, focused discussion you get a concrete next step — simulation, trial day or quotation. If you want to see how your own part behaves in the process, we can prepare a quick simulation with an expected cycle time on request, then show it working for real on a trial day with a test piece.
